  Robert Waggoner, proprietor of St. Ann Music Publications, has worked in the music education/business field for over 30 years. His involvement with music has been in instrumental education (elementary through college), jazz education, clinician, conductor, arranger, and business. He is presently on staff with the Jim Widner big band jazz camps, St. Louis Community College at Meramec, and Webster University, as well as St. Ann Music Publications. Instrumentally, Robert is a freelance jazz and symphonic bassist in the metro St. Louis area.
